Help!!My betta is sick.He stays at the bottom(laying on the side),colour become pale,don't want to eat!!?

Already make a full water change and water condition is good. Betta shows no signs of any specific diseases such as ich,velvet, etc.I tried making it flare by putting a mirror but didn't work.The belly is normal.

Heater.
Do you have a heater?
Is the temp heated to 78-80?
A lethargic, no appetite Betta sounds stressed and chilly.
If the water is not heated, you need to get a heater!
A Betta can do a total 360 in warm water.I
i do not what you are feeding him, but bloodworms, tube worms, daphnia, brine shrimp, mosquito larvae...
are good foods for him.
The water conditions are "good"...what are the nitrate and ammonia levels?
if the tank is clean...
then it sounds like a temperature problem...
