Is there a lace-up ankle brace that tightens both the front and back of your ankle area?
Ive been testing alot of braces for use with skateboarding so I have better support for anti ankle roll and I find that all these braces only tighten the front area so no matter how tight you tie it it doesnt fully wrap your ankle which is the entire point of non ankle rolling.
Is there a brace out there that tightens both sides that isnt flimsy? It doesnt matter if the material is cloth or steel like I said it just needs to fully grasp your ankle not just in the front but all around.
I use an Aircast A60 which has rigid sides and velcros up, it's very slim but very supportive.
I also have a friend who rolls his ankle a lot and uses a mcdavid brace that has plastic inserts.
