Spanx Question??

I'm going to a wedding in about 2 weeks. The dress I'm wearing fits wear, but I'd like to smooth out a few problem areas. Has anyone used Spanxs before? I've heard mixed results from them. I'm looking to slim out my tummy area, yet I don't want any lines showing. What kind of spanxs should I buy. My dress is form fitting, but tight or trashy. Panty lines will show.
So the higher waist ones roll down and need to be constantly pulled up. How easy are they to get in and out of, so you can use the bathroom. Are they comfortable?

I highly recommend Spanx. They are very hard to get on, but once they're on, you feel so wonderful. Your body is smooth and tight... no jiggle For a form-fitting dress, I would recommend wearing a full-body one. It has a bra that can detatch if you want, but it helps hold up the rest of it if you keep it on. And get it mid-thigh length so that you won't get panty lines.
