need help from anyone that might have some insight on why i cant seem to get my instead soft cup in right?

can someone please help me out? i know your supposed to squeeze the sides together when you put it in but should i put it in longways or not?

Good question. I have the same problem. I even answered one of their surveys and expressed my concern about leakage, but never got any reply. Those things are great when you have them in right, but, unforturnately, if they're in wrong you never know until it's too late.

I'm gonna keep an eye on this question and see if anyone else has any ideas.
