Will I still lose weight if.................?
I eat KFC once a week?
the rest of the week I'm keeping my calorie count to about 1000... and I'm working out on treadmill/ex bike/other exercises throughout day?????
also if I have chocolate out of sheer lack of will-power will my weight loss rate be effected?
You should eat at least 1200 calories/day (if you're a woman), more if you're exercising.
Under that, your body just thinks you do not have access to food and therefore slow your metabolism (in order to save your life from starvation) and it's harder to lose weight.
KFC is okay as long as you don't eat the skin of the chicken and watch serving sizes.
In fact, anything is okay if you count calories and exercise.
For example, you can decide that for every extra 30 calories you're eating (like chocolate), you will just have to bike one more mile (or five more minutes). So you can have a brownie if you want and just exercise 45 more minutes to pay for it.
