Friends Birthday Party at Salsa Lounge?

Im going to a friends bday party at a salsa place. i will have to pay 15 dollars for the salsa lessons we are taking. there will not be a dinner, only dancing. does that mean i have to give a gift to the bday person?

I don't think you need to give your friend anything else. Just the time and thought you spent on the party at the salsa lounge should be good enough. You can give her birthday card saying that you hope she enjoys the party and dancing.
