Gewy Little balls in pajama bottoms ?

Last night, i woke up around 3a.m because i thought i shit myself or something. Went to the toilet and there were these little gewy whitish balls in my pajama bottoms. Now im 13 years old so it cant really be a wet dream lol. There were about 5 of them in my pajama bottoms they were sorta small.
Any ideas of what this stuff is ?

Why does being 13 mean it couldn't have been a wet dream? You're about the right age for them. Sounds to me like you ejaculated and stayed asleep long enough for a lot of the fluid to soak into your PJs, but the lumps in the semen stayed put. Nothing to worry about!
