How can I redeem my old navy points?
I was looking around the website but I got a little lost. So any help would be great thanks. I also haven't called old navy myself cause I hate having to wait and dial in numbers. So if i get no answers here I guess I will have to resort to punching numbers lol.
You must be talking about the Bucks Back that are earned when you use your Old Navy Card (ONC). Every dollar spent at a Gap Inc store is worth 5 points. When you reach 1000 points ($200), you get a coupon for $10 Bucks Back - it will be included with your next credit card statement that is mailed to you. You can check your points balance online any time at www.oldnavy.com then click on Old Navy Credit Card near the bottom of the page. Once you get the coupon, you can redeem it 2 ways - use the online code that is printed on the coupon and redeem the discount at oldnavy.com. You can also go to the store and use your coupon. Use it online first, otherwise the cashier will take the coupon from you.
