do dresses that remind you of lingerie look trashy?
xDD one of the dresses i bought today kinda looks like a nightgown... its strapless (but i'm going to add straps if i keep it), it has a lacy sheer black material over a silver silky material. the dress is kneelength. and has a black ribbon with a diamond pin in the middle below the boob part. the neckline is straight, there's no plunge.
i will upload a pic if i can get my camera working...
so if you saw someone at a dance with a dress that reminds you of lingerie but it's obviously a dress, would you think they're trashy? (it's a pretty dress.) even if they had elegant curls and a top over the dress and wasn't grinding up on anyone?

but the sheer lacy black part... haha that screams lingerie. trashy or hot?
If by squinting I can make out nipples, it's trashy.
Otherwise fine.
Lingerie is sexy. Dresses are sexy. You can see how they might overlap each other's territory.
