Desperate pantyhose question for women?

Hi ladies! I hope you can help me. I have a party to go to tomorrow and I planned on wearing a skirt with sandals and sandal-toe pantyhose. But I tested out the hose by wearing them to work and they were SO painful! The pantyhose strap that runs between the big toe and the toe next to it cut into my skin and it hurt to walk!

Have you had a similar experience and if so do you have a solution to prevent the pain cause by sandal-toe p-hose? I tried shoving cottonballs in between my toes to cushion it but they were visible through my sandals and they kept falling out.

Any ideas that work so I can wear sandals tomorrow?? My legs are embarrassingly pale so I can't go without tan-colored hose. I'll be glad to give best answer honors to the person with the best suggestion!

Try Tohos. They're a brand of pantyhose that are just for that situation, made with a separated big toe, allowing you to comfortably and naturally wear sandals.
