Leg Warmers

Are there benefits to dancers wearing leg warmers?

Other than being adorable. I’m an Irish step dancer and I don’t know the reason for wearing leg warmers. I’ve never seen a step dancer wearing them.

They keep your leg muscles warm so that they’re more flexible and not as apt to strain or sprain…I think! [...]
